Billy Mays

Since his death, Billy Mays has wondered in my mind several times. I used to live in the same town he did, Dunedin, FL...so I guess I have a natural interest. What I have been wondering is why did he catch everyone's attention. He really was not unique looking, nor did he have a distinctive voice other than being loud. If you look at his arm actions, they are actually kind of strange, one hand down two back up in rapid fire succession. So what was it? I am not sure but it did work. I have a small container of oxy-clean in my laundry room.
